At Temptations, we are committed to processing and shipping orders safely, promptly, and discreetly. The available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Carrier transit time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after the order has shipped. The shipping cost is calculated based on the order and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders. Available options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

Customers in the San Antonio area may select in-store pickup when that option is available at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Certain products may be subject to destination-specific shipping restrictions.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be included in your shipping-confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number after the label is created.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at info@temptationstx.com or (210) 521-4555 with your order number and details of the issue. We will assist you with the carrier’s investigation and claims process.
